    Satisfaction Guarantee

    You may return or exchange your purchase in-store or online within 30 days of original purchase date, providing that the merchandise is in unworn, new condition. Watch exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days of purchase (both traditional our outlet stores) if unworn, in new condition, complete with the original packaging, manufacturer’s warranty materials, and your sales receipt.


    We guarantee the material and workmanship of your purchase. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period. If your jewelry becomes damaged as a result of manufacturer defect, Helzberg Diamonds will repair or replace the item, at our option, without charge. Guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and all damage caused by abuse.

    When you purchase a watch from us, we guarantee that it is free of any manufacturing defects. Should you decide your new watch doesn't meet your needs, return it to us within 30 days of purchase, unworn, complete with the original packaging, manufacturer's warranty materials, any watch band links removed during sizing, and your sales receipt. We'll help you choose another watch to suit your needs, or refund your money.


    Unlike other jewelry, watches contain delicate machinery and electronics. The manufacturer guarantees your watch to be free from manufacturing defects. A description of the repairs covered by the manufacturer of your watch are detailed in the enclosed warranty.     Just bring your watch to the Helzberg Diamonds location nearest you along with your warranty and sales receipt. We'll be happy to contact the manufacturer for you and handle the shipping.


    A 3-year watch extended care plan can be purchased and will cover damage to or defects with the crown, stem, crystal, band or clasp. The watch extended care plan does not cover minor scratches and nicks caused by normal wear and tear but does allow for a one-time cosmetic refurbishing.
