It’s simple: Look for the "FREE Store Pickup" option on the item you're wanting to order and choose your preferred location. Once you receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup, we will reach out to you to schedule a time for in-store or curbside pickup. That’s all there is to it!
The store pickup option is available on most items at the selected location. Otherwise, all items are available for shipping.

You will pay during your online checkout.
Once the selected location has finished preparing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is available for pickup. We will reach out to schedule an in-store or curbside pickup time that’s convenient for you.
If the item(s) on your order require sizing, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Please contact the selected location to confirm your pick up date.
We will hold your order for 4 days after sending confirmation your order is ready. If the order is not picked up in that time, your money will be refunded and your order cancelled.
You should come prepared with a valid photo ID, form of payment used, and order number. You will be required to sign for your order upon pick up.
At this time, we do not allow someone else to pick up your order. You must pick up your own order.
All items using the store pickup option will fall under our 30 days return policy. You can contact your local store of call 1-800-435-9237 to initiate a return and/or cancelation of a store pickup transaction. All returns must be made in the store. We cannot make curbside returns.
Yes. However, orders using PayPal or Affirm CANNOT be returned by your local store. You will need to contact 1-800-435-9237 for all PayPal returns.
If you’re picking up in-store, you can purchase additional items.
In order to change the pick up location, you must cancel your order by calling the original store or 1-800-435-9237. Then you must re-place your order via online checkout or 1-800-435-9237.
