Lifetime Care Plan:
Covers jewelry inspections, cleanings and eligible repairs and services (both parts and labor) due to normal wear consistent with the conditions for which a piece was designed. This includes coverage available in the manufacturer’s warranty (except as limited by the Addenda in this Lifetime Care Plan and applicable state law). Eligible repairs and services include shortening diamond bracelets; sizing or re-shanking rings; replacing lost or damaged gemstones; restringing pearls; replacing broken clasps; repairing worn or broken chains, earring posts and prongs.
Three-Year Jewelry Care Plan:
Covers precious engraved and alternative metal bands including the replacement of bands that can’t be sized due to metal type or design. In addition to replacing bands for a different size, the plan covers the replacement of broken or damaged bands (due to normal wear) and lost or damaged gemstones.
Three-Year Watch Care Plan:
Covers eligible watch repairs and services (both parts and labor) for three years from the date of purchase. Eligible repairs and services include addressing defective or damaged crowns, stems, crystals, bands or clasps. A one-time cosmetic refurbishment option is also included.
